What Does Creature Actually Do?
The contact wash, the stage where a mitt actually touches your paint, is where most damage happens, not on the road. Fine scratches and swirl marks come from dragging tiny particles of grit across the surface as you wash. A good shampoo's real job is to make that stage as safe as it is clean.
Creature does that in two ways. Its concentrated surfactants, the ingredients that grab and hold dirt, lift road grime off the paint and suspend it in the suds so it rinses away. Its lubricating formula then lets the mitt glide rather than grip, so any remaining grit slides instead of scratches. It is pH neutral, which means it does all of this without degrading your wax, sealant or coating.
Over months of ownership, that combination is what keeps a finish looking new: a slick wash that removes dirt without adding scratches, on top of protection that stays intact. Pair it with a grit guard in the base of your bucket, so the dirt that comes off the mitt stays at the bottom instead of going back onto the paint.

How To Use Creature
Foam and rinse the car with a pre-wash to lift loose grime. The less dirt on the paint before you make contact, the safer the wash.
Fill a 20 litre wash bucket with water and add 20ml of Creature. One dose, no measuring games. Fit a grit guard in the base.
Using a soft microfibre wash mitt, work from the top down, rinsing the mitt in your second bucket between panels. Keep the surface wet and never let the suds dry, especially in sun or on warm panels.
Rinse the whole vehicle with clean water until it runs clear, then dry with a Duel drying towel.
Snip the top of the air freshener wrapper and pull the card out gradually to control the strength. Hang it from the rear-view mirror so it swings freely without touching any interior surface.
Dilution
One simple dose, every time. 20ml of Creature in a 20 litre bucket is a full wash, so there's no ratio to work out. The 500ml bottle gives 25 full washes.
