Our Story
Duel Autocare was founded in 2020 by Lee and Sam after years of frustration with poor car care products — and a shared belief that standards should be set by results, not marketing.
From the beginning, our goal has been simple: develop high-performance car detailing products that do the job properly. That means long research and development cycles, real-world testing, and refusing to release anything until it meets our standards. We don't follow trends. We don't cut corners. And we don't launch products just to fill gaps in a range.
Our approach was defined early with the release of Flex Polymer Sealant, developed over more than 12 months before launch. When Auto Express awarded it ★★★★★ and described it as a game-changing sealant, it confirmed what we already believed — doing things properly works.
Since then, we've applied the same standards to every product we produce. From interior cleaners and wheel cleaners to wax, quick detailers, snow foams, and accessories, each product is designed, tested, and refined to deliver consistent, repeatable results in real conditions.

Detailing can feel overwhelming, especially for newcomers. Our job is to remove that intimidation by explaining things clearly, being honest about technique and effort, and helping people get results they can trust.

Duel Autocare has grown from a two-person operation into a team of 13, covering production, packing, customer support, marketing, and content.
We've now received in excess of 4,000 customer reviews, and we reply to every single one. Staying in touch with customers matters. It's how issues are identified early, feedback is acted on, and standards don't slip as the brand grows. If something isn't right, we want to know — and we want to fix it.
Our community has grown alongside a strong UK and European stockist network, supported by consistent service and reliable dispatch.
On TikTok, we became the highest-ranking automotive brand by GMV, generating over 23 million views by showing products being used properly — not staged results or exaggerated claims.

Looking Forward
We don't release endless "Version 2" products.
If a product carries the Duel Autocare name, it's because the development work was done properly the first time. Constant re-releases might look like innovation, but more often they signal shortcuts earlier in the process.
That's not how we work.
Future releases will be carefully considered additions — products developed from scratch, tested thoroughly, and released only when they earn their place. Some may be limited runs. Some may become long-term staples. None will exist just to chase trends.
As we move into 2026, our expansion into the neighbouring unit will allow us to scale without compromising standards.
