These Terms & Conditions set out the legal terms on which Duel Autocare Limited ("we", "us", "our") supplies products through www.duelautocare.co.uk (the "Site"). Please read them carefully before placing an order.
By accessing our Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility & Use of the Site
You may use our Site only for lawful purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached.
You must not:

- • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
3. Products & Descriptions
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.

- • All products are subject to availability
We reserve the right to amend product specifications or discontinue products without notice.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If this affects your order, you will be contacted with the option to proceed or receive a full refund.
5. Order Acceptance & Contract Formation
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us.
A legally binding contract is formed only once we have dispatched your order and sent you a dispatch confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including:
- • Suspected fraud
- • Pricing or stock errors
- • Failed payment or security checks
6. Delivery
Orders placed via www.duelautocare.co.uk before 2:30pm Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays) are usually dispatched the same working day. This dispatch cut-off applies only to orders placed directly on our website.
Orders placed via third-party platforms (including TikTok Shop) are subject to the dispatch and delivery terms of those platforms, and customers must refer to the relevant platform for delivery expectations.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
7. Consumer Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)
If you are a UK or EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To cancel, you must notify us in writing before returning the goods.
Returned items must:
- • Be unused
- • Be in original, unopened packaging
- • Include proof of purchase
Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
8. Returns & Refunds

Key points:
- • Returns must be authorised before sending items back
- • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
TikTok orders: Returns for purchases made via TikTok Shop must be processed through the TikTok platform. Any returns received without TikTok authorisation will be refused.
9. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Reporting requirements:
- • Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- • Missing items must be reported within 10 days of delivery
- • Photographic evidence will be required in all cases
All Duel Autocare products and packaging are covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
This warranty excludes consumable items, including but not limited to microfibre towels, wash mitts, brushes, pads, and any other items that are subject to wear and tear through intended use. Normal deterioration through use does not constitute a fault.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Site, including all content, text, images, product names, branding, and logos, are owned by or licensed to Duel Autocare Limited.
Duel Autocare® and all associated logos and branding are registered trademarks of Duel Autocare Limited. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
11. Reviews & User Content
Product reviews may only be submitted by genuine purchasers.
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and publish that content for marketing and operational purposes.
We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that breaches our standards.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
Our products are supplied primarily for consumer vehicle care use. Where products are used in a professional, trade, or commercial capacity, they are used entirely at the purchaser's own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- • Loss of profit, revenue, or business
- • Indirect or consequential losses
- • Losses arising from misuse of products or failure to follow instructions
13. Viruses & Site Security
We do not guarantee that the Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
You must not knowingly introduce malicious software or attempt unauthorised access to the Site.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
